UtilitySure
has been designed to include coverage that meets the unique
needs of natural gas, water and sewer utilities. Available
enhancements include:
- Short
term pollution event coverage (including spillage of artificial
odorant)
- Failure
to supply - policy limit for sudden and accidental occurrence
- Failure
to supply - $250,000 sublimit for property damage caused
by other than sudden and accidental
- $25,000/$50,000
limit for regulator and/or odorization stations at unscheduled
locations
Purchasing group credits for members of the American Public Gas Association. Applicable to general liability and automobile liability coverages:
- 12% credit for first policy year
- 14% credit at 1st renewal
- 20% after 5th renewal
